All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through MoyGo are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services.

eSIM Plans

eSIM plans are digital products delivered instantly via email. Once an eSIM QR code has been generated and sent, the purchase cannot be reversed or refunded. Please verify that your device supports eSIM before purchasing.

Physical Products

Physical products (SIM cards, cables, accessories) are delivered directly to you in person during your rideshare trip. Because these items are handed to you at the time of purchase, returns and refunds are not available.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will review your case and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.
